There are numerous warning signs for mental health issues, however, Mental Health.org has provided a list of the most prominent warning signs, they include: a noticeable shift in sleep patterns, withdrawing from people and activities, low energy, feeling as though nothing matters, unexplained aches or pains, feelings of helplessness and hopelessness, using drugs and alcohol more than usual, feeling unusually confused, forgetful, on edge, angry, upset, worried, or scared, frequent arguments with friends and family, severe mood swings, experiencing persistent thoughts or memories, hearing voices or believing things that are untrue, thinking about harming yourself, and experiencing an inability to perform daily tasks.
